Methods: Fourteen collage's women softball player equally join the lower extremity plyometric training compared to themselves for pre-test(before join plyometric training ) and post-test. All player underwent a regular softball training 5 times per week, and received plyometric training twice to three times per week. Paired t-test was performed. Results: The results showed that 4 weeks of PT, one-base running speed in all period showed significant ( p<.05 ).But in home running after the first 2 week PT did not show the significant, after the 4 week PT showed significant ( p<.05 ). Plyometric training is one of explosive force training , and one-based running need more explosive force than home running.
