Methods: Nine college level college chang-quan and nan-quan players (average age 21 ± 5 years old, height and weight as 66 and 170 ± 14cm ± 16kg respectively, average number of years of training for 8 ± 4 years) participated in this study. Methods: Every body had the same skill training program including five days per week within two weeks. Two diagnostics were used in this study, one was basic endurance test used 2-4mmol/l aerobic-anaerobic threshold and specific test used competition routines in chang-quan or nan-quan. Recording the blood lactate (La) at rest, end, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th and 15th min after exercise. Heart rate (HR) at end and 5th min after exercise. Results: After training, the aerobic threshold (2 mmol/l) and before training to increase faster than 0.4 (p<0.05), but anaerobic threshold not changed. In heart rate in the aerobic threshold (2 mmol/l) and anaerobic threshold (4 mmol/l) before training to increase in 9 min-1 (p<0.05) and 5 min-1 (p>0.05). After training the specific test time before training to decrease in 2 seconds (p>0.05), maximum blood lactate and maximum heart rate were increase in 1.9 mmol/l (p>0.05) and 5 min-1 (p>0.05), then formation rate of lactate was increase 0.13 mmol/l*s (p>0.05). Conclusion: The study found that two weeks to increase the shuttle training, improved Wushu completion time, then increase lactate and heart rate. This symptom shows the systemic circulation and metabolism systems, did not have to adapt at the same time with the special ability. Therefore recommended that can be joined the shuttle running in training plans, and arranged in each training cycle. Keywords : basic endurance, Wushu specific capability.
