The study applied Kirkpatrick’s Four-level Evaluation Model and two confounding variables including personal variety (cohesion and self-efficacy) and working environment (social support) to affect the result. The object was the basketball team of the 7th Asia Pacific Deaf Games. After they took the courses four times, through quantitative data (descriptive statistics and paired-sample t test) and qualitative data, the results showed the increase of them cohesion, social support and self-efficacy. At the same time, it also improved the interpersonal relationship, problem solving, and the communication among the players.
