Summary: | 碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 休閒產業經營學系碩士班 === 100 === The main purpose of this study was to find the effect of experiential education course for the deaf basketball team building. The study applied Kirkpatrick’s Four-level Evaluation Model and two confounding variables including personal variety (cohesion and self-efficacy) and working environment (social support) to affect the result.
The object was the basketball team of the 7th Asia Pacific Deaf Games. After they took the courses four times, through quantitative data (descriptive statistics and paired-sample t test) and qualitative data, the results showed the increase of them cohesion, social support and self-efficacy. At the same time, it also improved the interpersonal relationship, problem solving, and the communication among the players. The results will also be recommended as the further strategy for the trainers of the deaf sport teams.
