Research data was collected by depth interview from 10 Fly young facilitators, and understand from the hermeneutic view. According to the result of this study, the meaning of life of facilitators from experiential education include: (1) self-transcendence from cognitive dissonance, (2)making attitude of responsibility, (3)certaining self-esteem, (4) redefined the success, (5)making habit to find the meaning, (6) creating the intimate relationship of love and belonging, (7)listening everyone deeply, (8)making sure the belief and faithing to God.
