| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 休閒產業經營學系碩士班 === 100 === The purposes of this study were to understand the meaning of life of the facilitator when they experience the experiential education training, include lessons during half year and two camp practice at least. Research data was collected by depth interview from 10 Fly young facilitators, and understand from the hermeneutic view. According to the result of this study, the meaning of life of facilitators from experiential education include: (1) self-transcendence from cognitive dissonance, (2)making attitude of responsibility, (3)certaining self-esteem, (4) redefined the success, (5)making habit to find the meaning, (6) creating the intimate relationship of love and belonging, (7)listening everyone deeply, (8)making sure the belief and faithing to God.
