In the end, the study aims to know its prospects in the future.
The study adopts case study and collects materials through interviewing those who had engaged the strategic alliance, documentary analysis etc. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:

The formation of this strategic alliance is caused by “right timing”, “ right place”, and “right people”. Multi-faceted motives agglomerate their determination.

The planning priorities for the Alliance schools is the direction of special courses. For integrated curriculum, they focus the implementation of the features integrated into the field. But they lack the support from the community during the process.

1. The resources of outside authorities are unstable and short, and the time allocation from activities cann’t be met demand for every school. There are no rules in the funding for write-off. 2. Let teachers walk out the school and open up the learning vision. By using the exchanges of teachings and experiences, they can promote professional abilities by themselves. Unfortunately, the featured courses can’t be carried out so teachers have low will to the courses.
V. The prospects of The Sun Moon Lake Creative Travel Learning Association.
They want to refresh configuration alliance mode. They not only look for the support from outside authorities, but pay more attention in the cooperation of the community. They set a processes for the alliance program, and establish a platform of communication.
