Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 應用化學系 === 100 === In the recent years, the atomic force microscopy ( AFM ) has been widely use to study the physical properties and the interaction forces of cells, and the interaction force of the biological molecules because it has nanometer lateral resolution, piconewton ( pN ) sensitivity and without destroying the samples. Therefore, this study is divided into two parts, one is to study the topography and the mechanical properties of the yeast cells using atomic force microscopy in aqueous solutions, and the unmodified/modified probes were used to analyze yeast cells by the force curve to calculate the adhesion forces and Young’s modulus by Herz model. The other is to study the interaction of biotin and avidin, and calculate the adhesion forces.
