With applied potential increasing, the spectra of different oxidation states of FeTDMImP were observed. The electrocatalytic oxidation of carbamazepine (CBZ) in aqueous solution by FeTDMImP has also been studies. The highly efficient catalyst O=FeIVTDMImP, which was generated at +0.7 V in pH=10 aqueous solution could catalyze the CBZ oxidation. Product-analysis performd by LC-MS shows only one product, CBZ-epoxide (CBZ-EP) was produces in the electrocatalytic oxidation of CBZ. FeTSMP was used as another catalyst for comparison. According to the quantitative analysis performd by HPLC, the efficiency of the electrocatalytic oxidation of CBZ by using FeTSMP as catalyst was higher than the usage of FeTDMImP by about 9 %.
