Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 應用化學系 === 100 === In this thesis, three different nano carbon materials single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT), multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT), multi-walled carbon nanotubes - graphene oxide nanoribbons (MWCNT-GONR) were used for the preparation of screen printed carbon modified electrode. Cyclic voltammetry was uesd for the detection of cysteine, glutathione, homocysteinein the buffer solution of different pH values.
The three thiol molecules exhibited complicated electrochemical properfies, relating to their pKa values. We use fractional composition equation to derive the proportion of the various states of the analyte under different pH values. The oxidation reactions of every cysteine species were then proposed based on the voltammetric results.

Finally, we select MWCNT modified screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE)to detect cysteine. Flow injection analysis(FIA)method was conducted at applied potential of 0.55 V, flow rate of 600μL/min in pH 6 buffer solution. The linear concentration range was 1-5000 μM, the sensitivity was 57.4 μA mM-1, and the detection limit was 1.63 μM.
