Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 電機工程學系 === 100 === According to the statistics reported by the Department of Health, kidney disease is the people one of the ten leading causes of death in Taiwan. Creatinine is a risk factor for kidney disease. This study aimed to develop a new, simple, low-cost and high sensitivity creatinine biosensor array (CBA) for precise determination of creatinine. The CBA on the detection of creatinine at admittance showed an excellent linear response range (50–250μM). The effects of creatinine biosensor (1x1, 1x2, and 1x3) of the CBA, SNR and sensitivity on the response of the CBA were investigated. The detection sensitivity of the CBA with 1x3 creatinine biosensor could be significantly increased (about 3-fold) as compared to that of the CBA with 1x1 creatinine biosensor because of the increase of signal to noise ratio. Finally, a simple, low-cost, high sensitivity and tiny CBA was developed being able to precisely determine plasma creatinine concentrations in both the normal physiological and pathological ranges.
