Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 電機工程學系 === 100 === We apply Multi-symbol channel estimation to Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing, (OFDM) communication system, and Multi-carrier Modulation (MCM) system. Multi-symbol channel estimation inserts pilots in multi-symbol transmitter, and then compares multi-symbol transmitter's pilots to receiver's data. Matrix operation can get polynomial function which approximates the time-varying channel. Using polynomial function can get time-domain and frequency-domain channel response matrix easily. Multi-symbol channel estimation is that each symbol is allocated sparse pilots. Therefore, the channel estimation performances still remain well no matter in slow fading channel or fast fading channel. Therefore, we apply multi-symbol time-varying channel curve estimation method to LTE-A downlink multicast channel system and analyze its performance.
