Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 電腦與通信工程研究所 === 100 === For cooperative wireless networks, relay selection plays a principal role in the achievable diversity gain. Existing work commonly assumes an ideal condition where the effect of interference is ignored. However, wireless networks may be subject to the co-channel interferences (CCI) that can cause a severe performance degradation. In this thesis, the studied system model employs a single source that provides access to several destinations and exploits a group of relays. Two relay selection schemes are proposed according to the magnitude of interference, and they are compared with the traditional best relay selection. Two interfering scenarios are considered. In CASE I, the destination is interfered and in CASE II, both destination and relays are interfered. The exact outage probabilities for the proposed relay selection schemes are derived over the Rayleigh fading channels. Simulation results validate our analysis, and the comparisons with existing relay selection schemes are presented to identify the merits of our proposed schemes.
