Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 100 === Knowledge, the invisible asset, it’s the critical key factor that be concern an organization would be in the long-term advantage position. In the knowledge economy era, how to improve the knowledge sharing willingness of organization members is the most important process that conveying key technology completely.
The present study made use of questionnaire survey to collect data. Regression analysis and One-Way ANOVA analysis were employed to test the defined hypotheses. The data analysis result statistically confirmed as following summary:
1.Both Tacit-knowledge and Explicit-Knowledge showed positive significant impact on Knowledge sharing willingness
2.Both Sociality and Solidarity showed positive significant impact on Knowledge sharing willingness.
3.Having the sense of Responsibility、Outgoing and obedience personality showed positive significant impact on knowledge sharing willingness.
