Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 電機工程學系碩博士班 === 100 === In this thesis, a half-bridge dual LLC converter with coupled-inductor current doubler rectification is proposed. The advantages of the proposed converter are that the dual resonant tanks and current doubler rectifier can reduce the current stress of components, achieve high efficiency, increase step-down conversion ratio and high power density. The operating principle and steady-state analysis are addressed. The characteristic differences between current doubler rectifier using inductor and coupled-inductor are also presented. To verify the analysis, a laboratory prototype dual LLC resonant converter with input voltage of 400V and output 24V/21A is implemented. The maximum efficiency of proposed converter is 93.4%, and the full-load efficiency of proposed converter is 91.6%.
