The great number of the chain store spreading bring lots of convenient for living, and it also become an important index for consumers. The spreading of the chain stores takes large of space in the city. Most of the chain stores were be chosen to place in a better area, but lack of other measures, such as the traffic problems in the rush hours to the neighborhood. Beside, the chain store has changed the urban appearance and life habit. The chain stores occupy majority of space in urban city, it make the life styles consistent between different urban cities but lose the regional property. Location selection of commercial space and internal space arrangements usually reflect the kind of industry the most efficient business operation needs. Spatial context and spatial content caused by the interaction between spatial organization of commercial space. This study suggests that the expansion of chain restaurants in the city tends has been very stable, so that their spatial arrangement can provide reference to urban planning.
