This study based on the theory of phenomenology as analysis of observation and definition, and in this study, semi-structured interview and in-depth interview is used to collect data by seven counselors and Psychologists. After this interview, there are three main themes will be concluded and developed by the counseling strategies and experiences they adopted. First of all, in the status of bullying among 5th and 6th graders, the research shows that the seeking–advices proportion of male students is higher. In addition, because of the interpersonal relationship break down of the bullied student, the proportion of body bullying and verbal bullying is rather high. Secondly, the related bullying factors includes the family status, the discipline ways, the background education of parents even the relationship between families which affects values and school performances of the student. Besides, exceptional child will be bullied by incontrollable illness. The research shows that the relationship between students and teachers and the attitude of teachers which will affects the continuity of bullying directly or indirectly. Finally, in effective counseling strategies of bullying, counselors understand students by knowing them from their inner thoughts and take appropriate guiding strategy. In order to penetrate into students’ crux, we could improve their thoughts and behaviors through their daily lives, parents-teacher cooperatives, make students find their self-value and generate the final conclusion.
