碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系碩博士班 === 100 === Taiwan Green Building Evaluation System EEWH started in 1999 and included scoring and grading system in 2005,resulting 1687 green building classified certifications till 2011. In order to enhance the rationality and the discrimination of the Green Building Rating System in Taiwan, this study carried further analysis. 233 green building cases which passed 2011 examination and used 2009 edition for evaluation, were collected in this study for statistical analysis on the scoring distribution of 9 indicators and 5 grades, to further explore the problem of the system. This study found that: 1.The average scoring of biodiversity, envelope design for retail , lighting energy saving, CO2 reduction indicators were too high, and envelope design for hospital were opposite, showing problems in scroing difiiculty. 2.The number of max-scored cases of biodiversity indicators were too many, and the one of min-scored cases of AC energy saving and pollution prevention indicators were so as well, showing poor discriminatory. 3.Grade standard of Qualified was low and caused poor discriminatory of grading. The study suggested to rasie the score weights of easy-scoring indicators and lower the opposite ones, and enhance the grade standards, increaing the rationality and the discrimination of system and provideing modified reference for updating version.
