碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 企業管理學系專班 === 100 === The research takes ELM theory to study the effect of missioners in Taiwan doing the mission, taking Methods of qualitative as a way to interview these devoted missioners. By interviewing these experienced and typical missioners in Taiwan observes challenges are the key factors to success; also studying the ELM theory realized how these missioners personalities transformed after they joined the church. Divide the interview conversation into two parts to study between missioners and common people without any religion attitude about missionary. Christian Ministry has high performance request himself to achieve the theory of Center Route: the positive impact while intimating missioners who devoted their whole life in missionary, and comply with the theory of center route turning out to be a full-time missioners. Common people have negative or neutral attitude about Christian, but with the society and social connect makes the theory of peripheral route turns out the impact of center route. Once church ministry lectures the messages of the whole idea of Christian, attitude will be changed with acceptance. The result of the research about these two main characters with following four advices: Sharing more life stories to study more about life and its value; Creative church activities could catch eyes on with various missionary lecturing; Christian lectures stimulating; strength social network and social connect.
