This, therefore, is what we have done in this research. This research aims to understand the preferences of destination choice behavior when integrated with leisure constraints for people with lower-limb impairment during one-day domestic travel. We collected the stated preference data for the purpose of simulating some possible situations with different levels of influential attributes. By using a multinomial logit (MNL) model to evaluate the choice behavior, latent variables were then combined in a sequential process and analyzed using a clustered sample. The results indicated that crowdedness level and travel cost are important and significant variables in the destination choices of people with lower-limb impairments. The ratio of steep ramps, travel cost for a one-day travel and barrier-free facilities are the variables having significant impact on destination choice utility. An integrated choice model with latent variable- leisure constraints revealed that the respondents with intrapersonal leisure constraints concerned about crowdedness level at sites, and the ones with structural leisure constraints focused on the amount of steep ramps. In the MNL model with clustered samples, the leisure constraints were influenced by education level. Some results and suggestions for government and operators are provided.   Ching-Fu Chen 陳勁甫 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 74 en_US
