Manganese (Ⅲ) acetate and Silver (Ⅱ) are the most common reagents for the oxidative free-radical reaction. The study was initiated by the methodology. There are two parts in this thesis: (1)The oxidative free radical reactions of 2-anilino-1,4-naphthoquinones 62 with Silver (Ⅱ) produce benzo[b]acridines 63 effectively. (2)The oxidative free radical reactions of 2-(Allylsulfonyl)-N-benzyl-N-(4’-methoxybiphenyl-2-yl)acetamide 76 with manganese (III) acetate produce spiro compound 77 and azepine compound 78 effectively.
