Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工學院工程管理碩士在職專班 === 100 === Building and designing the gas supply system of high-tech industry has to consider meeting the purpose of keeping from a period of stoppage while the factory 24 hours continuous operations, seven days a week. The main form to promote short-term goal of technology and product process updating is making the project plan with a group of members from various departments of the factory, engineering contractors and project manager. The purposes of project plans are to reach the requests from customers under the limitations of product, cost and quality. BIM, Building Information Modeling, is a useful tool providing visible information involving the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of a facility. In this study, the gas supply system of high-tech industry was integrated designed with BIM and the project earned value management, therefore, to be used in the facility-side gas supply engineering construction project management tools which could be helpful to lower down the cost of project execution. There are three types of requests to import applications of BIM with project earned value management in this case study. First is control of project execution demand time, second is cost of specification and assembly components, and third is established the attribute table according the WBS analysis. Based on the actual status of implementation, under the considerations of high coat for first imported of the factory as well as the efficiency of project execution, the best way was shared the BIM designed part of project with our contractor. Finally, high performance and cost-down of gas supply system of high-tech industry establishment with integrated designed with BIM and the project earned value management was successful designed in this case study.
