Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工程科學系專班 === 100 === Abstract In Taiwan, we all know that most of oil and water energies are relied on import. Due to energy shortage, it will be worth to think and research about how to maximize the effectiveness of Taiwan’s limited natural resources. In order to use water resources effectively, the purpose of this study is to develop a Small-Hydraulic Power Generator, which let’s the faucet not only provide water, but also release energy. This will increase the usage of availably water energy for electricity. According to the principle of the generator, we design a High-Speed Permanent Magnet Generator with a small and simple structure and low cost. Water from a reservoir which is located on the third floor of about 10 meter’s high flows through the pipe to the tank, via and use the nozzle to accelerate the fluid velocity. Thus high velocity water impacts the turbine blade to produce a high-speed rotation to drive the generator to generate electricity. Test results show that a hydrostatic head of about 1 kg/cm under the faucet can have a water flow rate of about 12.2 m/s and rotor speed of about 5500 rpm after acceleration through the nozzle. The line induced electromotive force the generator with no-load is 45 V. This can light series connected 20 pcs 10000 mcd LEDs, or 100 pcs LEDs by shunt connection. The total efficiency is about 26%.
