Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 冷凍空調系 === 100 === Review of the recent years, there are many studies about variable-frequency engine of air conditioned and performance promoted for energy saving of the convenience stores internally and abroad. There are many designs and improved of performance promoted for the equipment of freezer and refrigerator, opened type display cabinet, especially. And it would be proved by using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and experiments. There are also many research about opened type display cabinet with air curtain to be isolated the heat and cold by the air curtain; the point of energy saving research about closed type display cabinet would be caused the dew at glassed door by the device of thermo-defog.
In this study, that used CFD of analyzed skill to redesign and analyze for the air duct of closed type display cabinet. We would hope to add stability of air flow by installing a honeycomb net and diversion. Besides, it could be uniform of the temperature at plates. It can be reduced the air curtain to transfer the cold oven and the heat intrusion phenomenon. It could promoted the efficiency of food store at closed type display cabinet and increase the operating time by reducing to use compressor and fan equipment operation times and can increasing equipment operation the age. That could be used the experiment to understand the temperature profile distribution and energy saving of the design the air duct at closed type display cabinet. And it can further verify the numerical simulation analysis results.
