If tags are not read accurately, the application of industries such as logistics and medical industries will face a big problem. Previous experiments show that many users only concern whether it can read the tag or not only, but not explore the stability of the tags. The methodology of this study is based on three different passive RFID tags for the sample. The test environment is simulated as factory environment. We use the instruments in this particular environment for spectrum analysis instrument to measure the RFID frequency and power values. And then calculate Tag Stability Index (TSI) values and draw Two Dimensional Analysis Chart to analyze test data to determine the tags whether with sufficient stability or not in this specific environment. Finally, we compare the result to the control chart to verify the outcome. This study fines three coils of different UHF passive RFID tags have the same frequency bands, and the power ranges read by different kinds of tags are also different. Whenever the size of the tags , or coil design specifications is different ,its best reading value of power will be different even with the same frequency bands . For users who want to import RFID system to understand his place of work is with a stable environments or not, this way is able to tell the tags to have a considerable degree of stability in this environment before installing RFID equipment, and can reduce the cost of the equipment replacement, risk and time. This allows the user to understand what kind of tag is the most stable. Chang Chia Pao 張嘉寶 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 57 zh-TW |
