碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 100 === This study proposes DMAIC PLUS (DMAIC+) as the improvement of DMIAC approach to reinforce DMAIC when there is an unexpected accident. A case study contained three water factories that illustrate the purification process is adopted to explain and verify our proposal. DMAIC+ concept is applied when there is a sudden of high turbidity water during the water resource purification process where progress can be tightly tracked and monitored, and in turn safe drinking water standards can be reached with effectiveness.
