In the basic model, we study that the manufactories use return policies by refund to different kind of consumers. In the extand model, we study that the manufactories use return policies by swapping new goods to different kind of consumers.。The study result shows that manufactories can use return policies by refund or swapping new goods to get differential pricing and target market effect.
