Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 高階經理人碩士在職專班 === 100 === This study analyzes the network configuration and network index of formal interactive network, informal interactive network, resource dependence, knowledge reception network, knowledge sharing network and trust network inside a completed packaging and inspection solution for Pharma company in the central of Taiwan. We also analyze the effect between formal/informal interactive and knowledge sharing among the departments of R&D, sales and production inside the company. The samples were 35 members from R&D, sales and production team inside the company. Results of the social network analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were: (1) The formal interactive network, informal interactive network, resource dependence, knowledge reception network, knowledge sharing, trust network had different network configuration, and the most important members in each index of network were different inside the company. (2) The degree of formal interactive positively affects knowledge sharing, and (3) The degree of informal interactive positively affects knowledge sharing. Based on the theory of social network, this study investigates the formal/informal interaction and network relationship inside the company. We hope to provide not only the new idea of operation management for managers, but also the more meticulous for the developing of network theory.
