In this research, the firms of home deliver service will comprehend (1) how to distribute their resources efficiently, (2) the sequence of service item, and (3) how to manage competitive strategy. According to previous home deliver service, E-commerce and service industries studies, the researcher developed six sectors of home deliver service capabilities, generalized 35 questions, and then using questionnaire method to survey. The researcher retrieved 151 questionnaires. After statistical analysis, the researcher found out most of the service items of firms are distributed into reliability, assurance and responsiveness. Therefore, the firms should maintain the basic service quality when they are trying to develop others service item.
