Thus, tooling machine has been regards as capital goods of precision manufacturing. All the production of advanced goods relies on tooling machine’s skill and technology. Tooling machine’s precise development impact to national defense industry, vehicle industry, aerospace industry and electronic industry. Along with evolution from high technology, it lays foundation of application on development on high technology. Purpose of research and analysis to understand tooling machine’s developing background and competition environment. Approach tooling machine industry‘s future direction and supply chain after five years due to global managing environment severely change. This research on literature discuss, includes industrial analysis, supply chain analysis as source to manage and induction. Research scope contents the party in tooling machine industrial. Rely on Michael Porter’s Five Force Model, SWOT analysis and supply chain to process consolidation and analysis of data. According to collected data to consolidate and further interview. And finalize conclusion and suggestion after consolidate below data analysis. This research use case study method to interview two managers familiar with tooling machine industrial. Through with interview and industry analysis to discussion on C Co., Ltd.. How to obtain advantages under global managing environment severely change. In the research process finds molding complete supply chain decides composition and strategy of manufacturing location. Also complete supply chain molding along with scale. For competing to new competitors in China, C Co., Ltd. should strengthen brand managing and new revolution on production process to cost down. Expand the difference between competitors. Below study for C Co., Ltd as refer direction for strategy.
