Frequency-hopping code-division multiple-access (FH-CDMA) systems have been widely studied and known to be effective means of communications in combating multipath fading because of their inherent frequency diversity. By assigning different FH codes to different users, FH-CDMA systems can allow simultaneous users utilize the same frequency band to send their data at the same time. Coded modulation is a technique which transmitting symbols of multiple data bits atop of FH-CDMA. In this thesis, Multilevel Prime Codes (MPC) codes have been chosen as the modulation codes in this kind of two-level FH-CDMA system because they support faster data rate than other coded-modulation schemes. Through the use of our specially “pruned” trellis and the Viterbi decoding algorithm, this new scheme will reduce the computing complexity, and can improve system performance. 楊谷章 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 35 zh-TW |
