碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 應用經濟學系所 === 100 === With the tendency of globalization, the interactions among countries are getting　frequent and under technical progress, the factors of Production are not labor and　capital as in the past. Because of the pursuit of economic growth , every countries have invested in learning and innovation of technology and knowledge, therefore advancing the formation of international cooperation which led to technology diffusion. In this study, using the panel data of 40 countries during 1981 to 2008 as the database and then built up a negative binomial model to conduct the empirical analysis. Using the cooperation patent as the proxy variable for technology diffusion in order to investigate the track of the technology diffusion, and furthermore using triadic patent as the variables to measure the innovativeness. According to the empirical result , if like to shift the foreign technology to domestic the domestic should increase the expenditure on R&D of business enterprise and higher education, export and the payments of technology balance of payments. If like to increase the bilateral technology diffusion should raise the expenditure on R&D of higher education and the payments of technology balance of payments. If like to increase the innovativeness of the country it should raise the export , receipts of technology balance of payments and the gross domestic expenditure on R&D.
