Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 100 === Corporate Social Responsibility is one of the world the most watched commercial issues in recent years, not only on behalf of the social expectations of the business but also more relevant to the enterprise establish a brand image. In particular, domestic enterprises, after the impact of the global financial tsunami, it is deeply felt but is willing to fulfill its social responsibility is the business of sustainable management of important cornerstone. Corporate Social Responsibility has become an important issue within a business, government and the community and carries out its mandate to explore how effective implementation of social responsibility has become a policy hot spot. This paper adopts the methodologies of case study, in accordance with Corporate Governance, Corporate Commitment, Social Engagement and Environmental Protection, the four standpoints of the Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility proposed by Commonwealth Magazine. In this research, we interviewed three companies honored by the Corporate Social Responsibility Awards in Taiwan, arrived at the conclusions:
a) By exact people or by a specific unit responsible for promoting Corporate Social Responsibility to ensure that the positioning of the Corporate Social Responsibility in the right direction.
b) As one of the cores of competitiveness of enterprises, promoting the Corporative Social Responsibility is also the fundamental business strategy of the enterprises which are aiming at expanding business scale globally in the future.
c) Promoting the Corporative Social Responsibility and sponsored public service activities, not only could unite the loyalty of employee, but also enhance the competitiveness of enterprise.
d) Green Supply Chain Management emphasizes Green Innovation which is the essence of sustainable development. The concept of environmental protection into the enterprise, not only to strengthen the internal environmental awareness, but can also helped transition to a green enterprise smoothly.
e) Successful companies have the green design concepts into environmental protection and energy saving products in the R&D strategy, also was Green Business for themselves.
