And often lead to new product failure. The failure of new products often leads to an enterprise in terms of reputation, and great pecuniary loss. So, having a good product development process on an enterprise is very important. Service Science from the service science, management, and engineering is discussing about three aspects of product development and customer relations, to enhance customer interaction with product development, improve product demand asymmetry phenomenon. In this study, we take Company A as an example to explore the product development process and the concept of service science, to observe the product development process through service science aspect. Company A is currently the largest fitness equipment manufacturer in Asia, the world''s second-largest fitness equipment manufacturer, year of production of 500 000 fitness equipment, marketing products to countries around the world.
