Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 水土保持學系所 === 100 === Before the Typhoon Morakot hit Taiwan, Taiwan was suffering from aridity. People were expecting the rainfall from Morakot will resolve the drought national land. However, the tremendous rainfall within such a short period of time became disaster. The global climate change is now extremely urgent topic due to the disaster happening worldwide. This article focus on Southern Taiwan region, investigate the long term hydrology change under global climate change. Study for the possible cause of the characteristic change of hydrology. This study has collected the Taiwan Central Weather Bureau for Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsuing, and Hengchun rainfall gauge stations record, and based on the temperature, rainfall gauge, and number of days of rainfall to examine its trend. It uses Mann-Kendall analyze method to examine the trend for a timely statistic data. It further uses the Linear Regression Method to run the F test significane level to run the examination and observe the significane trend. The study shows that the Southern Taiwan temperature rised 0.5~0.9℃ in these past few years due to the impact of global warming. However, there is no significane trend for the rainfall, but the study shows that the number of day of rainfall is diminished 15%. It explains the number of day of rainfall will be decrease but the rainfall indensity will be increase. The degree of drought and the period will be extend.and the storm indensity will cause disaster. The Central authorities shall develop crisis management system and ensure the safety of human being, properties and national lands.
