In order to quantified damage under the debris movement, this research utilizes aerial images to create digital terrain model. In this study, the landform data of 2007 and 2010 are rebuilt. The research is focus on river analysis and investigates the change of river elevation, variance of debris; then were gathering annual rainfall of Lakusih River catchment area for calculated Rainfall intensity and Peak Flow. Using the Manning formula to calculated the channel required the excavation of the deep-trough cross sections area, and then use the software RIVERMorph 5.0 natural channel design (NCD) module of the simulation suitable cross section. Provide Dangerous section of the river as a remediation plan to achieve the expectations of the overall planning. The result of the analysis shows the typhoon caused massive movement of the debris in Lakusih River upstream catchment area. Great amount of debris accumulated in the river course. The accumulation of whole river is about 12.95 million square meters. The average accumulation height is about 17 meter. This research shows that Typhoon Morakot have caused severe accumulation of river. Annual rainfall of 2,129 mm of Lakusih River catchment area as a basis for hydrological calculation. Through evaluating the river course’s present situation, the following-up government plan may be brought into discussion.
