simple or complex, but with the industrial economy took off, people on the
appearance of the building needs attention and investment funds, lightweight
construction is oriented,pre-set and automation.
The design of extrior walls of buildings to ensure that the building structure
is measured in the regulations under the Building test images, artistic
goals.Perfect architectural design,functional addition to consider the practical
and aesthetic style,more should be in the maintenance of public safety,security
of human life and property under the premise can meet economic needs.
Complex extrior wall of the building is unique favor ideas ,scientific and
technological nature,trendy nature of the system of two or more combinations of
materials, is the first attempt to approach,challenging the technology
breakthrough construction method.
In this study,complex extrior wall system materials,construction methods to do
the technical analysis,based on the design of objects which said construction
specifications,archive install step, the construction process, technical
information and precautions.Construction materials testing and implementation
of the inspection process will be, respectively,into the whole management and
detailed text and flow charts to explain instructions, view to the provisions
of the new specification from the future have more content and full awareness.
This paper on building planning and design to set construction standards, verified
by third justice system laboratory materials to form physical test standards in
all projects and processes, compliance requirements and functional
specifications, use trial and error method is to construct a solid model (1:1)
to verify whether the quality of its construction specifications,construction
of the procedural steps are optimized to be adjusted depending on the
circumstances,and now to the construction as an important basis for quality.The
materials are to verify and inspect the construction quality are in compliance
with specifications, after which the external walls of the building started by
the local point-to-face, and then further extension of up and down the floor line,
the building facade and its surface coating, to be completed building exterior
work items, to achieve the required appearance of the image.
The structured analysis of this case and successful applications in the
physical building,in the construction industry has resulted in multi-target
observation and discussion of the topic, this system has been used in materials
science and technology workshop walls, trendy appearance of the main subway
station The design will use this construction method.
