Prior to the invention of photography, people carved what they saw on the stones or the walls of caves, or developed into the artwork on canvas, thus becoming an important basis for the historical evolution. The invention of photography contributes to the fact that people acquire information mostly by the means of pictures and images. Such fast and direct information source has become an indispensible element in our daily life. Due to the reality record of photographs, the reality imagery expressed by hyperréalisme is challenged more or less. The research will conduct an analysis of hyperréalisme and photographs of visual effects. The experiment planning includes the design of two experiments. Experiment I: Making use of the design among subjects, the experiment consists of ten groups of experimental stimulus including ten hyperréalisme paintings and ten photos corresponding with hyperréalisme paintings which are shown to subjects randomly. Through Face LAB,Eye Tracking are recorded and the data obtained are analyzed. The reference data include: fixation point, gaze duration and hypotheses of verifying research questions. The research comes to the following results: (1) The scenic images result in a wide gaze range of subjects, so that it’s easier for them to notice the visual focus set by artists. (2) Subjects in the field of design have a distracted gaze in terms of the static images but are relatively concentrated as for the visual range. (3) The central part of the painting has the highest visual attraction. Moreover, the objects occupying more than 50% of the whole paintings are also attractive visually. (4) The color contrast and high saturation also have visual attraction. Therefore, the photography and surrealistic paintings have no significant difference in terms of subjects, while the professional background has an influence on photography and surrealistic paintings. However, artists and subjects have slight difference on the cognition of photographs and surrealistic paintings. Chin-Lung Chen 陳進隆 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 120 zh-TW
