Summary:碩士 === 明志科技大學 === 電子工程研究所 === 101 === This thesis designed a digital Vehicle Tracking System base on GPS, GPRS, SD card and Wi-Fi module, and it provides on-line and off-line transmission to Sever. It uses the core of TI 16 bits MSP430F5438A microcontroller, and there is the function of temperature monitoring by MSP430’s ADC.It integrated GPS and GPRS module to send location information to Server immediately. In addition,GPS data will store on the SD module, and MSP430F5438A will integrated the Wi-Fi module.When the car go back to depot, it will establish wireless automatically and send GPS data to sever. It provides a convenient backup data transmission by Wi-Fi when GPRS is off-line. It also can save money for mobile communication. Looking over documents and network data, most of the vehicles transmit data by GPRS. Nevertheless, it is fewer to introduce backup data. There is no documents to introduce microcontroller which integrated Wi-Fi module to be drive recorder’s data transmission. This thesis will introduce the system about its system architecture, design and implementation.
