During the process of testing, one will find quality defects, and it is necessary to make use of quality management project to improve the occurrence of adverse conditions so as to effectively improve its quality and function. This study will base on the crucial component as turbo-pump discovered with ramjet in certain product; during the process of function test, it is found that there is massive amount of oil leakage to the end of turbo from mechanical shaft seal with part of the turbo-pump so that concern of production quality is being aroused, which does not meet the requirement of production need. Making use of quality management project as well as the use of Six-Sigma method, it has successfully improved the sign of oil leakage with mechanism shaft seal, and completed the process for producing improved turbo-pump quality. After quality enhancement, its function has turned much better those previous self-made or procured products from external party; since the function with this crucial component has been upgraded, it has improved the function of the turbo-pump as well as its quality reliability, and modify the risk of being procrastinated regarding the schedule of mass production by military weapon supplier.
