We can shoot photos and videos through the digital products in an easy way. However, in the past, most researches pay more attention on panoramic video generation technology and systems.
Therefore, in this thesis “The User - Oriented Video Expansion System” is proposed to provide users to enlarge or shrink the video viewing angle with a dynamic range according to users’ preference. By this way, the video will not be limited by the original shooting range, and users will have more interaction with the video over viewing angle. And this thesis proposed the method of video expansion and shrink adjustment mechanism by using the enlarged or shrink viewing angle to recalculate the video, and produce a new video also.
In addition, due to the fact that the viewing range of the new video became larger or small, the last video frame may not have filled. Consequently, this thesis proposed a judgment method to determine whether the video playback time is most different from the original video, and then fill insufficient video frame or drop unnecessary video frame to generates the new viewing angle expansion or shrink video by adjusting the video frame rate, and let the expansion and shrink video playback time with original video playback time is no difference.
