Summary: | 碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 化學工程與材料科技研究所 === 100 === A study of experimental charge density are performed on two heterobimetallic phosphido-bridged complex (1) was prepared by the reaction of CpMo(CO)3PPh2 with Cr(CO)4(C7H8) produced CpMo(CO)2(PPh2)Cr(CO)5 (2)Treatment of 1 with CO produced CpMo(CO)3(PPh2)Cr(CO)5 . The experimental data is collected at 100 k using high resolution single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Electron densities are depicted via deformation density and Laplaction distribution. The deformation density density shows significant charge accumulation in all covalent bonding regions. The Laplaction distribution applies good agreement with VSEPR concept. The bond characterization of intra and intermolecular interactions are discussed in terms of topological properties. According to the results, The ionic bond character of M-C, M-P and covalent bond character of C-C, C-O, P-C, are well described in terms of electron density and Laplaction density.
