Summary: | 碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 化學工程與材料科技研究所 === 100 === In this thesis, carbonyl iron (Fe(CO)5)/zirconia (ZrO2) core-shell structure powders were synthesized by sol-gel method. The shell materials were used by zirconia for single layer and silica / zirconia sol for double layer, respectively. Thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) measures weight changes in materials to observe oxidation behaviors in the air and related phenomena. The morphology of powders was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). X-ray diffractometry (XRD) was used to analyze the crystallographic composition of powders.
The microwave absorbing plates (160 mm 160 mm) with different experimental parameters are fabricated with core shell powders as a filler and chloroprene rubber as a matrix to study the effects microwave absorption at normal temperature. The measurements of electromagnetic properties and microwave absorption values were carried out using a vector network analyzer (VNAs) in the frequency range of 3-18 GHz. The effects of the different thicknesses and the proportional composition of core-shell powders on the electromagnetic properties of the composite absorbing materials will be explored and discussed in this study. The performances of the magnetic properties in core shell materials were characterized by vibration sample magnetometer instrument (VSM), which the magnetization of coercive force, saturated magnetization and retentive magnetism intensity were discussed.
