This study use the purposive sampling and the study object choose Long-Term Care Facilities’ nursing aides in Pingtung area, accepting the cases from May,2011 to August,2011,it collects 219 effective materials to process analyze. The research methods use quantitative research and cross-section and the research tools use the structural formula questionnaire, the questionnaire content including nursing aides’ demography characteristic、Health Related Hardiness Scale, HRHS、Work-Family Conflic ,WFC/ FWC and Maslach Burnout Inventory , MBI. The data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed by SPSS 14.0 for frequency、percentage、average、standard deviation、t-test、One-way ANOVA、Seheffe’s test、Pearson product-moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regression. The result showed:(1)It have remarkable difference in hardiness from different age、level of education、religious belief、aware state of health、marital status、working condition about spouse、children、family month income、good work partners、work period of service、work salary of month、average take care integer、the license of nursing aides、work time interval、the organization state、to pursue further education and intention to leave.(2)It have remarkable difference in work-Family conflict from age、birthplace、aware state of health、marital status、working condition about spouse、need to care the elders、children、family month income、work period of service、average take care integer、the license of nursing aides、good work partners、work time interval、work salary of month、the organization state and intention to leave.(3)It have remarkable difference in Burnout from age、level of education、aware state of health、marital status、children、working condition about spouse、need to care the elders、family month income、working class、the organization state、the license of nursing aides、work period of service、work salary of month、work time interval、the traffic time、good work partners and average take care integer.(4)The whole about hardiness have remarkable inverse correlation to the whole about work-family conflict;Hardiness have remarkable inverse correlation to the mood exhausts and depersonalization in burnout;Hardiness have significant positive correlation to the personal achievements in burnout;Work-family conflict have significant positive correlation to the mood exhausts and personal achievements in burnout.(5) The nursing aides’ age、work time interval、good work partners、aware state of health、the whole about hardiness and the whole about work-family conflict were all have significant influence to the mood exhausts in burnout and it could explain 42.7% total variance.(6) Work salary of month、the traffic time、good work partners、the whole about hardiness and the whole about work-family conflict were all have significant influence to the depersonalization in burnout and it could explain 40.1% total variance.(7)The factors to affect the personal achievements in burnout including level of education、good work partners and the whole about hardiness, it could explain 16.7% total variance. The result can provide to know about nursing aides working in the Long-term care facilities’ hardiness and work-family conflict were affecting burnout, and it could provide the managers of Long-term care facilities and the units of government make some formulate relevant policies and measures to increase the nursing aides’ hardiness, to improve work-family conflict、reduce the burnout feelings and promote the quality of care.
