Summary: | 碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 100 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relative factors in molding principal’s education philosophy and management, and to analyze the reception of staffs and parents. Philology and related questionnaires are main strategy to disclose the factors in constructing the philosophy, furthermore modified questionnaire is used to provide relevant evidence for research. The staff members are main subjects, based on their response in questionnaire and data analyzed with descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA method to bring up the following findings.
The molding factors of education philosophy included individual’s background, organization’s environment and government’s policies.
1. Staffs consider Principal’s education philosophy is significant in future development, and no noticeable difference in them.
2. The positive management and strategy in promoting school’s achievement included to enhance teachers' professionalism, to create a cozy and safe campus, to help students develop multiple intelligences.
3. There were some deficit including interscholastic cooperation, correlative assistance for some special families, and utilizing community resources and promote parent-teacher cooperation.
Based on this research, concluded some suggestions for future advancement in school’s managements.
1. The principal must utilize diverse strategy to communicate, share, cooperate with families and communities for integrating whole resources.
2. To assist the teachers to establish an efficient learning organization with communities, social institutions, cultural organizations.
