Among all mentioned aspects, Human Resource Management is the first and most important one, because employees will determine the success or failure of any company’s plans and strategies as well. Being aware of the importance of the human role , nowadays most of companies spend much more time to innovate the organizations , improve working environment so that the companies can attract talent people come and work for them . Dai Phu Loc Corporation (DPL CORP.) - a Vietnamese private company – has always considered keeping labor force as the first priority of its whole plans and strategies. Company’s leaders has really expected owning a stable and loyal labor force, and all employees work hard, work effectively, work with enthusiasm, and creative spirit.Therefore, DPL CORP. focused to enhance employees’ motivation. After reviewing some related theories of motivation, researcher did this study firstly found out factors might help to create employee motivation then made survey at the workplace, pointed out particularly factors that affected to DPL CORP.’s employee motivation. Finally, the study contributed some solutions to DPL CORP.
