| Summary: | 碩士 === 明道大學 === 產業創新與經營學系碩士班 === 100 === In recent years, all around the face of energy depletion and the greenhouse effect problem, so solar energy are not subject to geographical constraints and relatively mature technology, and sustainable use of energy and other characteristics. Thus, the solar energy becomes the government priority to be alternative green energy and the government reached in order to ensure energy independence and greenhouse gas reduction targets, they spend each all of manpower and material resources to develop green energy. Taiwan's solar energy industry has become the most competitive industry. In this study, considering the development of solar industry in the future, and the company manufacturers for the empirical case by case analysis of the object from 2006 to 2010. Performance analysis of case-company employees were with the organization, business strategy, and financial performance indicators the importance of the relationship. This study hopes to analyze the business performance, to understand the improving direction and cause to provide for the solar energy industry operators, they will manage and improve efficiency reference in the future.
