Summary:碩士 === 明道大學 === 光電暨能源工程學系碩士班 === 100 === The purpose of the work is to Design the dark-field microscope condenser lens. The technique of the laser tweezers has been employed for many years. For better quality the design of the microscope lens is very important, so, in our research we design a dark-field microscope condenser lens by using optical simulate software. We discovered that by using the dark-field microscope condenser lens that we have designed in laser tweezers system, the resolution of the condenser lens can reach 0.5μm and the contrast MTF of the lens is up to 0.4 at lp/mm on axis.
