The experiment of Cyclic voltammetry will be used to analyze the electrochemistry attribute of natural substance. In the course of the experiment of Cyclic voltammetry, the extracted liquid derived from both Ginkgo and hawthorn is to be used as the electrolyte of battery. The finding in the course of experiment was that these two natural substances are to generate the blunt membrane on the cell plate of stainless steel called SS 304. This is encompasses the effect of negative-pole anti-erosion. Therefore, this results in the room of exploiting natural inhibitor against erosion. On the other hand, the extracted liquid of Ginkgo and hawthorn is used, by means of its inhibiting effect upon Tyrosinase, to engage in the active experiment of whitening effect. Due to its role as a crucial enzyme when the Melanin is formed, the inhibitor of Tyrosinase has often been viewed as having the whitening effect. It has been recognized that in the course of experiment, these two natural extracted liquids are in possession of the effect of inhibiting Tyrosinase. Further, the experiment of Enzyme Kinetics shows that Gingko is non-competitive inhibitor, and that hawthorn has its effect similar to that of competitive inhibitor. It has been found during the experiment that when substrate concentration increases, it is impossible to overcome the inhibiting effect caused by Ginkgo, but possible to overcome the inhibiting effect caused by Hawthorn. When we use these two extracted liquids to engage in the capacity of Reducing poewr experiment, the result shows that on the occasion of low concentration, with the low concentration of Hawthorn of 2ml/l increased to 5ml/l, the capacity of Reducing poewr will by far increase. Also, when the concentration has been diluted from 2ml/l to 5ml/l, the capacity of Reducing poewr is not prominent. However, on the occasion of high concentration, with 10ml/l increased to 100ml/l, there will be a prominent increase for these two extracted liquids. But the capacity of Reducing poewr for Hawthorn is superior to that of Ginkgo.
