The Fruit and vegetable wholesale industry is consider being more conservative and closed within the traditional industries. With issue such as difficult to transform and hard to imply new information, most of the Fruit and vegetable wholesale markets are facing management challenges. As a lot of research point out, Fruit and vegetable wholesale markets in Taiwan are mostly in debt and in urge of finding solutions, and I think Strategic Human Resource Management is the model to improve the corporate in the long term, and the Balanced Score Card is a revolutionary strategic management tool. The purpose of this research is to study all four perspectives (financial, customer, internal, learning and growth) of the Balanced Score Card, using SWOT analysis to find out what difficulties this particular Fruit and vegetable wholesale company are facing, and providing suggests. This study is Qualitative Research Method, using Depth Interview to gather senior management’s view in this particular Fruit and vegetable wholesale company, then analysis it with literature theory, to find a balance conclusion. And hopefully these suggestions can be implemented in assisting the company operation and be used for any further research within the Fruit and vegetable wholesale markets’ Human Resource Management area. 席代麟 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 255 zh-TW
